Samples
Our photographs are as accurate as possible, but we strongly recommend that you request samples of your chosen fabrics prior to ordering.  Orders placed without a prior sample being seen by the customer will not be acceptable for refund in the event of the fabric not being suitable on receipt.
UK Address: Up to five samples will be supplied free of charge.  For 6-10 samples there is a non-refundable charge of £3.00, for 11-15 samples £5.00.
Outside the UK:  There is a non-refundable charge of £5.00 for up to 5 samples.

Minimum Orders
The minimum order is 1m* of any fabric and thereafter in 10cm increments.
* minimum order for any fabric in the Going Dotty, Far Far Away, What a Hoot, Portobello, Primrose Hill, Manhattan, DG Nursery Classics and Jane Churchill ranges is 2m, thereafter in 10cm increments.

Out of Stock Items
Any items that are out of stock will be notified by 'phone or e-mail and a choice will be given to change the order, wait for stock or cancel.  Cancellation will result in all monies paid being refunded.

Made-to-Measure Service
Made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once placed and accepted.

We cannot see your window or take your measurements.  It is the sole responsibility of the client to check that all details on the quote are correct and to notify us of any necessary amendments prior to confirming the order

Fire Retardant Treatment
Most of our fabrics can be supplied with a fire retardant treatment.  Whilst we are happy to arrange for this treatment to be applied prior to fabric being despatched to the customer, the treatment is wholly at the customer's risk.  Curtains for Kids cannot be held responsible for any problems, complaint or non-fitness for purpose as these treatments are out of our control.  Contact us for more details.
Please note that voiles, all appliqued and embroidered fabrics, patchwork fabrics and some print designs are not suitable for fire retardant treatment.

Prices
Curtains for Kids reserve the right to review prices and terms at any time and therefore these are subject to change without notice. 
At any time after ordering, we can correct mistakes in pricing or arithmetic made in calculating your purchase price.  In this event you will be informed and have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
Orders are accepted at prices and terms ruling at date of despatch.

Postage
To a UK address - Postage is charged at £5.95 per order on 'fabric only (including linings)' orders delivered to a UK mainland address.  Shipping to other destinations will be quoted at time of ordering.
Postage on all 'made-to-measure' orders will be quoted at time of ordering.
To an address outside the UK - postage will be charged at cost.  All import duties, taxes, customs charges etc. which may be levied are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in any quote or price stated by Curtains for Kids.  Curtains for Kids cannot be held responsible for any charges or delays due to carriers or customs. Please contact us for a quote.

Privacy Policy
Curtains for Kids guarantee not to pass your personal details on to any third party, except for delivery purposes.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Returns
All orders are carefully checked before despatch.  Incorrect, faulty or damaged goods must be notified by e-mail, 'phone or in writing within three days of receipt.  A full refund or exchange will be given for any incorrect, faulty or products damaged in transit.  All original packaging must be retained.
Returns of ready-made items which are neither faulty, incorrect nor damaged will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. In this event postage charges will not be refunded.
Made-to-Measure items cannot be returned unless they have not been made as specified. In this situation the client MUST contact Curtains for Kids prior to despatching the goods.  If the items subsequently prove to be as quoted the client will be responsible for the cost of both getting the item to 'CfK' for checking and the subsequent return of the item to the client.
Should you wish to return goods it is the BUYERS responsibility to ensure that goods are returned adequately packed and insured.  Incorrect items which are received in good condition by the customer will not accepted for credit if they are received damaged at Curtains for Kids.  

No returns will be accepted if goods have had any treatment applied or have been cut in any way. This includes any fabric for which we have arranged a Fire Retardant treatment prior to despatch to the customer.  Such treatments are out of our control and cannot be our responsibility. Please include original packaging with your return.

No guarantees or refunds can be given with regard to:
- colour fastness, damage or discolouration caused by sunlight or artificial light sources.
- wear, fading or shrinkage of fabric
- damage due to misuse, abuse or accidents

Made-to-measure items that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted for credit.
'Check before you cut' as no refunds will be given once the fabric has been cut.
